Dear Sunflower Mission Family,

We are pleased to announce that the upcoming work camp is planned for June 2 to June 14, 2025, in northern Vietnam.

The team is working on logistics and schedule. The Work Camp Application is now open. We have capacity for up to 40 participants. Please make note of the following dates:

December 6: Please complete and submit the online application by December 6, 2024.

December 22: We will notify you by December 22, 2024.

January 10: Once selected, please submit a $300 nonrefundable deposit and all required documents by January 10, 2025, to secure your spot.

If we receive more applications than available slots, we will prioritize applicants using the following criteria:

1. Active SEEDS (Students Expanding Education by Donating Services) members
2. Members of the Board of Directors (BOD) and Board of Advisors (BOA)
3. Active Sunflower Mission members, preference will be given to high school and college-age students
4. New members, between 18 - 23 years old
5. Order in which participants submitted an application

If deposit payment is not received by January 10, 2025, the applicant will be added to the wait list.
